The pace of job growth has slowed down dramatically in recent months. The economy added 80,000 jobs last month according to a report from the Labor Department.    But even that fell short of expectations of 90,000 and was not enough to change the unemployment rate from 8.2%. By comparison, the economy added 275,000 in the first month of the year. The jobs gain for May, however, was also revised up to 77,000 from an initially reported 69,000.  Read more>>
