Brandon Raub, a former marine, was arrested recently and was detained for psychiatric evaluation for posting political opinions and song lyrics on his Facebook. When the government can incarcerate American citizens for merely exercising their First Amendment rights, argues John Whitehead then we are truly living in frightening times.
