Wisconsin Receives "No Child Left Behind" Waiver

FoxNews reports that The U.S. Department of Education (DOE) has announced that Washington and Wisconsin have won their bid to be relieved of some requirements of the failure known as "No Child Left Behind" Law. The Obama Administration permitted this in exchange for state-developed plans to prepare all students for college and career, focus aid on the neediest students, and support effective teaching and leadership.
